Companies, investors, and private citizens are increasingly faced with more complex legal challenges, be it in the management of their businesses, in their relationship with public entities and third parties, or as a consequence of the litigation which may inevitably arise.
Prisma was created to meet that need by offering a team of senior lawyers, with a proven track record in the provision of legal services in the context of major law firms, who deliver a service grounded on their experience, legal talent and technical thoroughness.
We act in defence of our clients’ interests both in Portugal and aboard, advising on the legal aspects not only of investments and the management of existing enterprises as well as on the resolution of disputes, representing our clients in both pre-litigation discussions and litigation. We aim to provide, at each moment, strategically efficient responses which are tailored to the concrete needs of each client.
